Summer Is (Almost) Over

Dramas are drawing to an end. Concerts have begun. Rock bands are touring.

It isn't like I followed a lot of summer dramas this year anyway. 'Tobo Bengoshi' worked fine for me to eclipse the disappointment of 'Tsuki no Koibito' and the frustration I underwent no thanks to Celcom Broadband not letting me download 'Unubore Deka'. I'm looking forward to next season's 'Reinoryokusha Odagiri Kyoko no Uso' and maaaybe will try out 'Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo'.

Domoto Koichi's BPM concert tour will move to Hokkaido this weekend so I predict audio rips for Saturday and Sunday are going to be available on Monday. Workaholic Kochan has a really tight schedule this year with back-to-back stages: Shock > BPM > Kansai Super Show (Seven Samurai) > KinKi con > next year's Shock!

Eek! >_< Who designed Kochan's costume??
Besides KinKi-san, I'm also anticipating NEWS and T&T cons because they've been absent for too long :)

Chemical Pictures is at this very moment at their first one-man live (Congratulations!), NoGoD are moving about at an extremely crazy pace and D'espairsRay are having their US tour. MUCC, on the other hand, is gearing up for their new album release (6 October wheeee). Oh and we can also expect a new album by abingdon boys school if I understood Nishikawa's tweets correctly!

2010 had a slow start with a few hiccups here and there for me. But I like how it picked up rather momentously since August :D

And October onwards (especially November) is surely going to be even moar awesome. *winks*

Ikat Perut

My wishes have come true. But I will have to say goodbye to random shopping tendencies, concert-going expenditure and hotel sleepovers during these remaining 5 months in 2010. Have to reduce big spending on dining too :(

These cost a bomb but are necessary. And naaasib baik aku kumpul duit awal-awal for:
  1. KinKi Kids J concert DVD [Limited Edition]
  2. KinKi Kids J concert DVD [Regular Edition]
  3. Domoto Koichi new album BPM [Limited Edition version A] that comes with BPM concert DVD

I feel bad for not immediately buying Chemical Pictures' 3 newest/upcoming singles Hinawajuu, Deringger and yet-to-be-known-5th-single-title. Not sure if my 1 contribution would count in Oricon charts. Considering I actually pre-ordered Tokarev and Beretta without much hesitation, I went and apologised at Jimi's twitter ^^;;

The plan is now in motion to ensure I save up enough money for Luna Sea's announcement (which will be on 25 August!) and Canon Powershot S90.

Bribe

I so want to get a move on those backlogged reviews. But now is not the best time, what with GSC revamp taking up most of my waking hours.

So why don't I post here Chemical Pictures's 2nd single 'Beretta' (aka 世界を撃った男 CASE-2 ベレッタ), as a tribute for your generous patience. I promise I'll get workin' on the reviews once my workload eases.

Title: Sekai wo Utta Otoko case 2 Beretta (Single)
Artist: Chemical Pictures
Release: 2010.06.23
DOWNLOAD! [ Mediafire // 320kbps // 30.7MB ]

CPS is a relatively 'new' band which I have unofficially pledged to support because they're pretty unique. Love their work so far. And cough oh yeah~ the bassist happens to be that mat salleh rocker I've been following for more than a year: Jimi (real name: Elec). And coughcough I'm still on cloud nine after he replied to my tweet! pueheh.

Plus! I love how they're good friends with NoGoD. Shows how amazing CPS are :)

Lemme know if you're interested in their previous single. Visit their website and Jimi's blog in the meantime, k?
