Oh and how come I only got to know today that Yara is working in Playzone 2009? No wonnnnder he wasn't appearing on the latest MA Dancing with Japan on Shounen Club Premium (SCP)~ I must've forgotten about it. Bad fan!

I smsed my sister twice and caller her up to whine about the sad two pieces of bread that I had for 'lunch'.

Went on quite an 'adventure' with the DongBang Clan (ekekeke) from Setapak to Hartamas and back for a belated birthday lunch/celebration for Farah. I didn't know where they were leading me to because honestly I couldn't hear what Twinnie told me. Mian ^^;;

My mouth agape and eyes wide apart, I stepped into a chic Korean-export
restaurant called BBQ Chicken. So without looking too jakun I pretended not to look around. Lol. I had a BBQ set of 2 Korean Charbroiled chicken pieces with salad (it was coleslaw, btw) and mashed potatoes.



Sorry, I was too hungry. I had already annihilated the chikin with gusto when I realised I forgot to take piccy. Look ma~ licin habis!

After lunch, we sped off to Ikea for dessert! I was still recovering from the yummylicious chikin *pats tummy* yet I had to make space for bottomless coffee and Hyung's current obsession: Daim Cake. ROAR.



*succumbs to toothache with sheer joy* Why have I never tried this before in my whole life?! All the trips there would always be dominated with my hunger for their signature meatballs. What a shame!

[Much to Farah's horror, we were adamant in singing her a Happy Birthday. Hey girl, you're only 25 once, ya know? And it was fun watching the Clan's DongBang-ified version...]

Two coffees after and then dropping Meli off at her apartment and finally parting ways at the Melati LRT station around 5pm, me and Farah rushed over to KLCC. We managed to beat the time even after a really long queue to watch "L Change the WorLd."

But the movie only succeeded in making me crave for more food! Argh!!

Combo cravings

This was what I had for yesterday's breakfast, lunch and dinner. Woah.

An empty stomach does things to your mental perception of an 'adequate'-sized meal. In Javanese I would be called batak or as Malays put it, tamak.

My sister scoffed at the burning-a-hole-through-your-purse-type of price. So I glared at her back and reminded that the first place she suggested to eat at was Chillis. Hah!

I didn't receive any cards. Same-same as last year. Bleh. Basically I haven't been sending out any cards to anyone too. I don't think they even know I'm still alive.
No new outfit either (must save money woh). Aigoo.. so sad lah actually.

Half of my family is in JB at my stepmom's kampung (first Aidilfitri in Johor marr). So this morning my sister and I continued our tradition of visiting relatives on my mom's side. Huhu no brothers to fight for lontong and ayam kicap. xD

Oh look, now THIS is what real lontong looks like. I can't understand why Johorians would claim a combination of nasi impit, sayur lodeh and kuah kacang as lontong. <_< This is the real deal, people!

*throws all caution to the winds* This year I'm gonna pig out on dodol and lontong! ....Probably then I will need to make new baju kurung(s) for next Raya >_<

saturday was mad fun. Na-Pa-Mi-Al went to Ampang for a Korean lunch date with seonsaengnim as promised (her treat). i finally got my dosage of Aloe juice. nyumnyum! we spent quite a lot on drinks only. oh! i tried out the rice milk drink (yes. rice) that lyndy and fel likes but er.. it was okay lah. i prefer the buah delima drink that mich decided to let me finish. :)

after lunch, mich went home while we headed to S&M because i really REALLY wanted to buy Nodame Cantabile.. because i thought Toma acted in it. kkk i'm starting to like Toma after watching HYD2, and he's also gonna act in HanaKimi later. besides, it's high-time to watch this highly acclaimed drama and i'm too lazy to dl. my HDD will burst into flames if i do. boohoohoo.

anyway~ as it turns out.. nope, no Toma. but WOAH. thank you twinnie! if you didn't tell me to buy it, i wouldn't have fallen in love with the hot, gorgeous, smexy, hunky and smouldering Tamaki Hiroshi. *licks his dimple*

siiigh. i could orgasm just by looking at his pics. xD

oh and you know what? i'm currently reading Skip Beat! manga, and there's this one character called Sho (a VK singer) that could soooo be played by Hiroshi. hohoho. wishful thinking.

i can't stop sniffing it in. i even had to mentally scold myself to stop make the sniffing sound/act too obvious. nyaaaa. either that or someone's eating something soupy in the pantry (hey it rhymes .-.) which kinda reminds me off the radish soup at HUKM. i miss that great tasting soup!

maybe i'm crazy, but i've always believed that i have an acute sense of smell. but it only applies to food. hahaha. ei really lah, i can identify the smell of food from far ok. i'm sure you've noticed how i almost always suddenly wring out comments that i can smell something cookin' eventho i'm kilometres away from any sight of makanan. it's a miracle! :DD

today is also the last day for Kak Su, hyung's colleague/bestfriend at Oracle. so many people passed by her cubicle (just across mine) saying sayonara and ranting about her weird boss.

eep. me ish also going to leave next Thursday, so siapa lagi yang nak mengunjungi hyung's desk? Y-Y

here i am at the (Oracle) office and i'm minding my own business with the database. diligently working.. and suddenly a smell permeates the whole office. the lovely, wonderful, wondrous, delicious smell of sambal sotong.

c'mon man! what is this? it's not even 5pm yet and people are already eating! gah! i can just imagine the scrumptious looking big fat giant sotong lathered/covered/BATHED in sambal and oil. GAH!! don't torture me like this lah~ bwaaaa T___T

"kruk kruk kruk" says my empty stomach. i only ate 3 lousy mantou today okaaay and my stomach has been playing keroncong since morning. spare me my life lah, please.

Bazar Ramadhan

believe it or not, after fasting for 2 weeks plus, i haven't stepped foot to any Bazar Ramadhan yet. gila jakun! ngekngekngek... =_=;;... hence, i've arranged myself to tag along with Aishah & her boo for buka puasa with JerRy tomorrow. yeaah~ we're going to Shah Alam! oh, i haven't been there in my whole life so i hope it'll tempt my palate (and nafsu mwahaha). nasi ayam? nasi minyak? nasi kerabu? kuey teow kerang? mind you, i'm writing this at 10pm so i pity anyone who's reading this in the day xD

on Sunday there's another buka puasa date with my friends from KEC. we haven't met for already 2 months, yes? an exception for Fazil tho, whom i met last month ^_^. i've missed you girls and guys a terrible lot! i just lost contact of our group.. which i suppose is entirely my fault since i seldom reply at KECMCSE06 anymore. mianhae~ i know i know i'm a big lazy fadass .__.

yesterday i met up with twinnie at Taman Jaya (she had work) then we went off to Sg Wang. the whole place was buzzing with the LG Roadshow and Chocolate posters. lol, got confused searching for KpopKingdom booth because i saw a booth with TVXQ posters which was by TicketCharge (which looked deserted btw =P). the KL Promo Team had been there since 11am @_@! woah.. Kak Bailah and Nwar were already there too. semuorang pun melepak kepenatan ^^;; and nampak gaya macam banyak jugak tiket yang dibeli. HWAITING! lagi 3 minggu je lagi >_<

NYAA =^ . ^= Happy Birthday to my Dad! he turned 65 today. so my sis had us all bundling into the car for hi-tea buffet at Pan Pac KL. mwahaha. all the walking i did everyday for the past 2 weeks seem useless now. i can't even remember what i ate <_< it was all a blur -- a mad frenzy to the buffet line! lemme see, i think this was it: [Round 1] sushi & satay; [R2] fish fillet, Caesar & potato salad; [R3] Roasted Chicken Roullete, Mango Chicken; [R4] 5 varieties of cake (i made Samsoon proud :D); [R5] and lastly, icecream. i'll shut one eye if i weigh myself later.. huuuuu. after all that guzzling.. i might be coming down with a fever. esok keje pulak tu. *siiigh*

i got a call asking me to join a sudden meeting. ahk, i was still with my family at that time, and it'd be rude if i told my Dad i wanted to leave right? pergh. mianhae! hope i'll be forgiven this time TT__TT

oh yeah, i read that Se7en has extended his contract with YG Ent, agreeing to release 4 albums but he's not taking any money from them (5 BILLION WON!!!). hehe, that's my good dongsaeng! i forsee a huuuge opportunity of getting him to come to Malaysia XD. ah! and i suddenly recalled recent news articles about Hyoshin. i'm confused whether he's renewed his contract and received One Billion Won for 5 recordings OR from what i Bable-d, he won One Billion Won over some lawsuit. o...kay =_=. is his long absence due to this lawsuit problem?

us Kpop Kingdomers met up at Midvalley this afternoon. our tugas was to prepare banners for Tuesday's event (i mentioned it in the Bulletin Board). lol. my hands are still yellow-ish n blue-ish with paint. me, twinnie and jess hoisang made a Happy Birthday banner for Song Hye Gyo. yay!

uuurrgghhhh i can't write anything anymore. can't form the proper words inside my throbbing head right now. i promise i'll come back with a better entry next Tues for the detailed spazzing. 안녕 <3

Pibimbab is delicious!

ah~ i can't stop drooling over the bulgogi i had yesterday. wow real authentic Korean style, with the sweet meat wrapped in lettuce XD!

i and my fellow mates from MSC (Malaysian Soompi Clan) met up for a lunch date at Crown Mutiara Hotel KL. i got to taste Pibimbab (nasi campur sayur & seaweed) yang Bae Yong Jun makan dalam 'Hotelier'. sedap~ jinja mashita *thumbswayup*.

our clan 'date' (unofficial 2nd gathering) was attended by 13 people this time. heehee so you can imagine the kekecohan ^_^. the old hands were there: me, farah, erenah, nwar, jessica, sheera, kak sharine and kak naza. plus yang baru jumpa face-to-face: jessica (jess) + her friend, ika, mei yee and jovena. i'm very honoured to have the opportunity to eat Korean food with you lovely people! thank you guys~ SARANGHAEYO. it was only a brief meet up because everyone wanted to balik after that, and farah had to balik kampung straight away. so we all parted by 3:30pm.

aww Jessica, if you're reading this, i forgot to tell you that Erenah unnie and Farah sshi have given the nod for me to share Hyesung's May Love winamp skin with you. we were in a hassle masa nak balik. mianhae ^_~ i'll be sending you the link later kay? (the spelling of his name on the skin is incorrect, please forgive me)

since i couldn't sleep, i was watching the latest 4 episodes of Love Letter last night, the ones with Andy and Junjin oppa.. gosh, it's too different from the Love Letter show that i fell in love with. poignant memories of RicSyung and JinDy are what made me like Shinhwa, so i'll hold on to that 1st season. heh i'm a typical Shinhwa fangirl >_

it's the school holidays!

still sleepy =_=. i woke up at 6 to see my sister and her kids off and balik kampung for the school holiday. last wednesday kakak asked me whether i wanted to follow her to Kelantan, but i can't... my work's still not done yet xs. takpelah, hari tu dah pegi Pasar Malam yang besar dekat sana tuh, puas hati lah jugak dapat cuci mata tengok tudung murah ^_^

speaking of pasar malams -- last night on the way from Great Eastern Mall to Jelatek LRT station, i, aishah and sarina singgah pasar malam tepi station tu. ohh it was HUGE. banyak sangat makanan sampai tak tau nak beli apa.  jadi aku beli murtabak je. there was 1 stall that was selling a Von Dutch cap yg lawa gile! TT__TT but i didn't have enough moolah.. since i spent my money on 8 Nongshim Shrimp Crackers + 2 Shinhwa Cokes. more over, i had to buy an eyeliner for sarina to replace the one i'd patahkan earlier on xP

Korean Food Fair 2005

this post is 2 days late, i'm so sorry. i haven't gotten the chance to go online not with photobucket making a big deal just out of uploading some photos. i had a great time at the 22/05/2005 Kpop Kingdom + Soompi's Malaysia clan gathering. I met many new friends (in the flesh) who are as wonderful in person as they are online =D. Shout out to (sorry dun knoe correct spelling): Shereen, Kak  Naza, Sheera, Jessica & her brother Bryan. Initially we had just sat and talked (disconcertingly loud in a bookstore cafe ^^;;).. and everyone seemed to break the ice so fast. we were talking, and laughing, sharing anecdotes as if we've known each other for a long time.

heehee. yep, the Malaysian Clan truly connected at our first meeting!
after that, we headed on to the Korean Food Fair (yay!) at Great Eastern Mall. 'tasted' quite a lot of delectable kimchi, and took picture with the Shinhwa Coke cans. ah~ i didn't have to buy one! coz mah wubbly fwens had already given my Shinhwa Coke as a gift.
