fuiyo. Danny Ahn's new single is mighty fine~! with the release of 2 songs entitled '꿈이었으면' (roughly: If it was a dream..?) featuring Sweet Sorrow and '사랑인가봐' (trans pls?) , Danny sure is gonna make instant hits with these wonderful tracks. 종말 잘으세요!
and bravo to his new image: cropped hair and clean cut suit.. wow. just wow. not much to say. haha. i'm just awed at the god-ness ;)

Chiaki sempai~ ♥
saturday was mad fun. Na-Pa-Mi-Al went to Ampang for a Korean lunch date with seonsaengnim as promised (her treat). i finally got my dosage of Aloe juice. nyumnyum! we spent quite a lot on drinks only. oh! i tried out the rice milk drink (yes. rice) that lyndy and fel likes but er.. it was okay lah. i prefer the buah delima drink that mich decided to let me finish. :)
after lunch, mich went home while we headed to S&M because i really REALLY wanted to buy Nodame Cantabile.. because i thought Toma acted in it. kkk i'm starting to like Toma after watching HYD2, and he's also gonna act in HanaKimi later. besides, it's high-time to watch this highly acclaimed drama and i'm too lazy to dl. my HDD will burst into flames if i do. boohoohoo.
anyway~ as it turns out.. nope, no Toma. but WOAH. thank you twinnie! if you didn't tell me to buy it, i wouldn't have fallen in love with the hot, gorgeous, smexy, hunky and smouldering Tamaki Hiroshi. *licks his dimple*
siiigh. i could orgasm just by looking at his pics. xD
*blames hyper-imaginative mind for the dirty thoughts*
oh and you know what? i'm currently reading Skip Beat! manga, and there's this one character called Sho (a VK singer) that could soooo be played by Hiroshi. hohoho. wishful thinking.

tuber-licious
another food entry! why? because i'm damn hungry, that's why :P or maybe the coffee's gotten to my braincells.
look! a new category-tag! puahahhahahahahaha
guess what i can smell right now?... mashed potato!
pergh. i want the mashed potato from Marche. or from Chilli's. but no moneyh. HOW.
i can't stop sniffing it in. i even had to mentally scold myself to stop make the sniffing sound/act too obvious. nyaaaa. either that or someone's eating something soupy in the pantry (hey it rhymes .-.) which kinda reminds me off the radish soup at HUKM. i miss that great tasting soup!
maybe i'm crazy, but i've always believed that i have an acute sense of smell. but it only applies to food. hahaha. ei really lah, i can identify the smell of food from far ok. i'm sure you've noticed how i almost always suddenly wring out comments that i can smell something cookin' eventho i'm kilometres away from any sight of makanan. it's a miracle! :DD
today is also the last day for Kak Su, hyung's colleague/bestfriend at Oracle. so many people passed by her cubicle (just across mine) saying sayonara and ranting about her weird boss.
eep. me ish also going to leave next Thursday, so siapa lagi yang nak mengunjungi hyung's desk? Y-Y

3Fs: Friends, Fun & Food
CAUTION: THIS IS SO GONNA BE LONG! 10 PARAGRAPHS! - whee today was so much fun! i went out to celebrate Lyndy, Fel and Mel's birthdays. amazing. totally not work related at all. my cheeks are still hot after the bouts of laughter, the unofficial hamsapster promotion and sesi memalukan diri (and also because of coffee). lol. i tell you.. kingdom staff plus committees went krayjee during LG and TV3's MyStarz audition at The Curve xDD.
took the rapidkl bus from KJ with twinnie, nwar and tasha (mel janji to meet us there). we got lost searching for the underground tunnel at ikano side then went here and there looking for a guy whom i was supposed to meet (new Kingdom membership applicant). the poor kid was cornered by us nunas which i think is because we rarely get manly male members apart from Noviar. i swear he looked scared when everyone wanted to talk to him ("Who's your favorite singer?" -> "Rain.") at the same time.
jzune and her usual gang were there too. after fel, lyndy and michele arrived, we were gaping at the weirdo auditioners while waiting for yuri and nicole and innocently taking group photos when SUDDENLY the cameraman (covering the audition) came and filmed us being spazzy. wah sei malu weh~!! let's hope we'll be edited out =_=. lepas sejam gitu, we spotted lavena registering (*v* ) so we promised her that we'd show support and cheer during her turn. her number was 69 which would be another 3 hours or so, therefore we went to have our birthday lunch :)
lunch was Deep Fried Chicken Chop and teh tarik at Marché (belanja-ed!). you know the restaurant with the cow? puahah. the food was nice, although i had a really tough time choosing what to eat. sigh. i gave out my prezzies for the three birthday gals and yuri's belated gift. aww Kingdom spirit has always made us infamous as... crazy people.
nearing to 4pm, JerRy and Aish smsed that they are already in Ikea, so they went to eat sambil menunggu aku. i managed to say byebye to almost everyone and cabut-ed to Ikea's cafe. aw and again i don't get chance to eat meatballs cos i was too full T-T. tsk tsk. but i got to drink my beloved bottomless Coffee sumbat-ed into the car with my family and headed to Amcorp Mall for dinner. wah. nonstop eat lah today. siao. what more, as usual after our family's big meal.. i have to help my sister by becoming a 'tong sampah' and whallop all the leftover food. -____- so NOW you might understand why i'm so friggin fat and can never lose weight, eh?

chomp chomp
another half an hour before i leave for class, but i just felt i should blog this.
+ the dashing Perak Crown Prince is no longer a bachelor *hears numerous weeping in the distance*.. Congratulations to the newly married royal couple: Raja Nazrin and Zara Salim Davidson. they truly suit each other. i can't wait to see their prettyful children ^_^. Perak royalties, imo, are the most humblest and handsomest (or prettiest) royal family left in Malaysia.
+ i found out from Mak that my grandfather, Tok, left 6 unclaimed lands in Perak (god knows where they could be). you see, Tok left a loooooooot of tanah pusaka for his children and for years and years, my Dad's been taking care (being the filial son that he is) of these lands including tax payments, dividing them between his siblings and whatnots. so imagine the suddenness of having more lands to settle. meaning, he'd have to go to the Land Offices in Taiping all over again to prepare the documents and blablabla from scratch.. larat ke orang tua ni? aiyaa.
+ last night i devoured 1 periuk of kerang rebus with relish. nyehehe. swim, my little shellfishes, swim in my tummy

dongbang pwns air-city
all i can is... WHOA. seriously. i think i've used that expression in everywhere that sees me spazzing about these two DBSK songs in the Air-City OST. ahaha i'm so slow, meknows! and dude, i just got to know that this drama stars that guy in Typhoon and also.. Choi Ji Woo is an OST, and most soundtracks convey a different vibe than their usual sound. for example, the themesong of Super Rookie really didn't sound like any other song Shinhwa does.
Harudal: Hyungie classifies it as 'fresh'. i have to agree with her :D i've always loved orchestra-ish soundtracks (like The Devil's OST) and this one is wonderfully made. nice~ can't say much about it since it is a ballad, and i don't know how to explain ballads. hahah. besides, so many of you have read the review everywhere else. hmm, Harudal reminds me of another song/group but i can't put a finger on it. hmm? Rating: 9/10
All in Vain: this is like the most off-stream digit that Dong Bang have done. yep, the rap solo by Micky does remind me of Shinhwa ^^. and somehow it ends sounding like 1TYM. haha. anyway, it's only my opinion. most of my friends don't like this one. actually, i love it. i think because it sounds similar to SUGIZO's jazzy-ness.. hahah how random! it's like when i hear the beats, the bass, the keyboard and the trumpets (HO YEAH THE TRUMPETS!!) and it's just like how i describe a SUGIZO song. who wrote this? is it possible that he somehow listens to mai Sugi-chan? Rating: 8.5/10
all in all, i'm torn between prefering which song the better. Harudal might suit me when i want to listen to a ballad, but All in Vain.. is more to my type of song. iono.
p/s- i'm sure you're surprised i'm blogging about dongbang xDD

aww
on sundays, my usual regime would be to wake at 9am (groggily) and drag myself to the kitchen to appease my stomach. i thought since yesterday i had difficulties trying to sleep because of a pounding headache (that blasted large Banana Java), i'd get to wake up much later.
instead: i woke up just now to a soft mewling sound from beside my bed. thinking it was just my imagination, i blinked about a bit before getting up. hok! rupa-rupanya memang Hitler (the neighbour's cat that recently got 'adopted' into our family) berdiri kat sebelah katil aku mengiau. ape kah..? tetibe je.
so i brought her to the kitchen thinking she was hungry. but turns out she JUST had her breakfast

dorama a-wa-do-su
CONGRATULATIONS to both Hana Yori Dango 2 and Kareinaru Ichizoku team for winning at the 52nd Television Drama Academy Awards! *standing ovation*
HanaDan 2 was hailed as the best drama for Winter 2007 while Kareinaru swept home most of the trophies with Kimura Takuya, Kitaooki Kinya (the father) and Suzuki Kyoka (the *bleep* mistress) winning Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress respectively. Best Actress went to Shinohara Ryoko in Haken no Hinkaku.
i love these two doramas that old dorama just pwned me. anyway, Kareinaru maybe sorta deserved the grand prize more for being a very thought-provoking and gut-wrenching story.. but i'm in love with HanaDan2 more. puahah.
my sister's gonna be soooo happy that Takuya-san won :D i can't wait to tell her. oh wait, i better sms her xDD

mapley blues
bearing a lame excuse that my Dad and Mak weren't at home (they're in JB for Khairul's engagement), i sneaked off to the our fave mapley at 12 o'clock in the morning. i told my sister that i'd be lepak-ing with JerRy and Aish, and she gave the green light as long as i brought the autogate thingy and house keys. i sorta.. well.. forced her to wake up at 2am last week because i didn't bring my keys and i still feel guilty for that.
this famous kedai mamak at the Old Town cross junction became our favourite haunt since last year. i'd order teh ais (2 glasses) everytime. and if i'm hungry there's always maggi goreng and kuey teow kerang to devour. we'd talk about anything and everything until 2-3 am. usually we'd disperse earlier at my insistence because i had work the next day.
but today's Labor Day.. and JerRy's travelling back to KB for her internship. so i didn't mind staying there until 3am before having them sleepover in my room. and today being the eve of a public holiday, the place was full.. with noisy ah bengs and families who come for nightcaps. i can't believe i'm the one frequenting there nowadays. imagine, this used to be my elder brother's former lepak joint back when he was still in high school. ^^;; my other brother wasnt and isn't much of a mamak person... so i guess the trait was passed down to me (much to my Dad's obvious bafflement).
he doesn't say much about me returning late, well since i do come home right? but i've had several advices and quirked eyebrows over this habit from friends and classmates.. which i find amusing. admirable, but amusing. especially coming from a guy. you see, there are lots more ways to define rebellion and social-ness and i doubt this is counted as that. please don't be a dolt by branding me as a 'social city girl'. tch.
anyhooooo~ as long as i take precautions (when i walk home), i hope nothing happens to us. nauzubillah.
